Privacy Policy

1. Your Privacy

Alzuno helps you track debt, payments, goals and your Debt Freedom Fund. Most of the information you enter to manage your debt journey is stored locally on your device.

Alzuno sends information off your device only when you choose to use features that require it, such as optional onboarding analytics, feedback, or advertising services.

2. Data Stored on Your Device

Information used to manage your debt journey is primarily stored locally on your device, including:

• Debt balances and added debt
• Payments and progress
• Debt Freedom Fund balance
• Goals and payoff targets
• Currency, appearance and reminder preferences

Alzuno does not require you to create an account to use the app.

3. Optional Onboarding Analytics

When you complete onboarding, Alzuno may ask whether you would like to share limited information to help improve the app.

If you choose Allow, Alzuno sends:

• Your selected main goal
• Your starting debt amount
• Your selected currency

This onboarding submission does not include your name or email address. If you choose Not Now, this onboarding information is not submitted.

4. Feedback and Support

If you submit feedback or a support request through Alzuno, the text you enter is sent to us. You may also provide an email address so we can respond. Providing an email address is optional.

Feedback submissions and optional email addresses are transmitted only when you choose to submit the form.

5. How Submitted Data Is Stored

Feedback and optional onboarding analytics are sent through Google Apps Script and stored using Google Sheets infrastructure for the purpose of reviewing feedback, providing support and improving Alzuno.

Alzuno does not sell this information.

6. Advertising

Alzuno may display advertisements provided by Google AdMob.

Depending on your location, consent choices and device settings, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may process information such as:

• IP address, which may be used to estimate general location
• Device or advertising identifiers
• Advertising data, such as ads shown to you
• Interactions with advertisements and app activity relevant to ad delivery
• Crash, diagnostic and performance information

Where required, Alzuno asks for your advertising privacy choices before requesting ads. Available choices may depend on your country or region and applicable law.

7. Bank Accounts and Payments

Alzuno does not connect to your bank account and cannot access, transfer or move your money.

Any debt amounts, payments or savings recorded in Alzuno are entered manually by you.

8. Notifications

If you enable reminders, Alzuno may schedule local notifications on your device. Notification permission can be changed at any time through your iPhone settings.

9. Sharing and Selling Data

Alzuno does not sell your personal or financial information.

Information may be processed by service providers when necessary to operate features you choose to use, including Google infrastructure for feedback/onboarding submissions and Google AdMob for advertising.

10. Deleting Your Data

You can remove your locally stored debt journey using Reset My Journey from the Profile screen. Deleting the app may also remove locally stored Alzuno data from your device.

Reset My Journey does not remove feedback or optional onboarding analytics that you previously chose to submit. Anonymous onboarding submissions may not be identifiable as belonging to a particular user.

11. Privacy Choices

Where required, Alzuno provides advertising consent or privacy choices through Google's consent system. Available choices may differ by region.

For privacy-related questions, open Alzuno and go to Profile → Support → Privacy Questions.

12. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated if Alzuno introduces new functionality, service providers or changes how information is handled. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated date.
